Our next planned u3a Hay garden visit is to Upper Bwlch Farm, near Rhayder (As featured on BBC Garden Rescue)

Small cottage garden on a working farm, created and featured on BBC Garden Rescue and designed by Charlie Dimmock. The team turned Ian and Ruth’s rural plot into a country garden which was created in 2019 over 2 days with a revisit filmed in 2024. Interesting story of before and after creation which hosts are happy to share with you. Traditional cottage planting, stumpery, peaceful and rural.

A message from Ruth
"If it helps you can buy the tickets online and then show them via phone or printed off at the gate.  Tea and cake are extra as it’s all for the National Garden Scheme charity.  There will be additional garden related stalls to fill out the visit and a running slide show/poster board of before during and after of the garden, and I’ll happily talk to your group to give them an insight into the BBC Garden Rescue make over

😊

Please let John Price know via the email link above if you are attending on Saturday 27th June, so we can car share as much as possible.
