A birdwatching field-trip to the birdwatching hide at Llangorse Lake followed by a visit to see the Ospreys nesting at Talybont on Friday June 6th

We will be leaving Clyro (by the garage if you wish to car share) at 9.30am and heading for the main car park at Llangorse Lake (near the cafe). We will then head over to hopefully see the Ospreys. https://www.uskvalleyospreys.org/live-video-from-nest-both

Although the Ospreys are on private land, fortunately, there is a publicly accessible viewing point on the canal towpath (see map below). Please note that the viewing point is informal and there are no facilities. Good binoculars, or a spotting scope are essential as the nest is 0.5km (0.3 mile) distant.
